Return Process

  Email our customer service team or visit us in-store with your original receipt to initiate the return authorization process.

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation, to prevent damage during transit or handling.

  Receive Refund

  Once our pharmacy staff inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
